Invoice access and available options follow company settings and permissions.
The invoice wizard starts with the company address, the client being billed, and the billable work that belongs in this invoice. You can also begin with a free-form invoice when no recorded hours should be included.

Include expenses marked billable to the client and optionally summarize them by expense group.

Projects can calculate invoice rows from a project billing rate or from the billing rate of the user who recorded the time. The draft keeps those calculations visible so they can be checked before the invoice is saved.
Use the billing rate configured for the project when everyone on that work is billed using the applicable project rate.
Use the billing rate associated with the person who logged the time, including a project-specific override when configured.
Review the description, hours or quantity, rate, and total. Both rate types can be overridden while the invoice is being created.

Timogix uses a small set of invoice statuses so the billing record shows where it stands without implying that payment is processed inside Timogix.
Check the included work, make permitted adjustments, and confirm the invoice details.
Update the status after the invoice has been delivered through your normal billing process.
