Creating the Invoice
The hours and expenses logged will flow into invoices you create. When you are ready to create an inovice you can select what hours go into the invoice based upon date, client, project, and whether to allow unapproved time in the invoice. You can also customize the logo so it has your company look and feel.
Hourly Rates
When timesheet hours flow into an invoice a calculation based on an hourly rate is used to determine totals. You setup how a project rate is calculated. You can define a user cost rate which is based upon an hourly user rate. Or you can define a project hourly rate. The Timogix system will then apply the correct hourly rate for the invoice. You can override the rate if needed.
