Cancelling your subscription can be done easily within the account settings area of Timogix. When logged in navigate
to Setup --> Settings --> Close Account.
An active user is consider someone who can login to Timogix. If you have 5 employees who will be using Timogix, then
you will need a 5 user subscription. To free up a spot, you can archive a user. By archiving a user this restricts
login access to Timogix which then allows you to add another user in their place.
